This website and our law firm system are operated on our behalf by Holigov, Robert Eatough, Adolf-Reichwein-Straße 18 B, 16356 Werneuchen, Germany, on its own server infrastructure in Germany. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as provision serves the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in providing our online services securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed (in particular IP address, time, page requested and browser information) in order to deliver the site and ensure secure operation.
For delivering and protecting the website we currently use the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. All requests to this website, including data entered into forms, pass encrypted through Cloudflare servers and are processed there for routing and protection against attacks. This may involve a transfer to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR).

Contact form and free initial assessment
If you contact us via a form on this website (e.g. “Free initial assessment” or quick check), we process the information you provide to handle your request and any follow-up questions.
Data processed includes in particular: name, email address, phone number (if provided), details about your rental (e.g. move-in date, postcode, net rent, floor area), other information you voluntarily submit and – if you upload your tenancy agreement – that file.
Your entries are transmitted to this website in encrypted form and stored as a request in our law firm system (operation and transmission as described under “Hosting and Delivery”). For each request we create a case and an access account linked to your email address. We are notified of new requests by email; this email contains only your name and the case number and is sent via our email provider IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
Legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps / handling your request) and – where you tick the privacy checkbox – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
If no mandate is concluded, we delete your data and the access account as soon as they are no longer needed to handle your request, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Uploaded documents are deleted automatically no later than six months after upload. If you instruct us, statutory retention periods for client files apply.
Until 17 October 2026 we received form submissions via the service Web3Forms (Web3Creative, Kerala, India). Data submitted until then is retained by the provider for up to three years; at your request we will arrange early deletion (contact details in the legal notice).
Inquiries via Email, Telephone, or Fax
If you contact us via email or telephone, your inquiry—including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry)—will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b of the GDPR.
Google Analytics 4
Provided that you have given your consent, Google Analytics 4—a web analytics service provided by Google LLC—is used on this website. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of our websites.
In Google Analytics 4, IP address anonymization is enabled by default. The legal basis for this data processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Matomo
Provided that you have given your consent, we measure the use of this website with the open-source software Matomo. Matomo runs on a server operated on our behalf by Holigov (see “Hosting and Delivery”) in Germany; the data is not passed on to third parties. Without your consent, no usage data is collected.
When the page loads, the Matomo script is retrieved from this server; for technical reasons your IP address is transmitted in the process. The legal basis for measurement is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TTDSG. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.
