Our Mission
The idea for the tenancy law firm emerged from a simple observation: especially in Berlin, there is an enormous need for reliable, clearly understandable, and at the same time assertive legal advice in tenancy law.
This area of law is complex, dynamic, and difficult for many tenants to navigate. At the same time, it offers a decisive lever to enforce fair housing conditions and maintain the balance between tenants and landlords.
This is exactly where we come in.

People
The Team
Four perspectives — one shared goal.
Raúl brings extensive litigation experience in tenancy law — over 200 proceedings on the rent cap. Alongside his legal background, he has interdisciplinary expertise through studies in international relations and professional work in security policy. This combination shapes his analytical perspective and strategic approach.
Philipp combines legal and technical expertise as an attorney and computer scientist. He leads product development and the firm’s technology strategy. Drawing on experience in tenancy law and corporate transactions, he builds digital solutions that unite legal quality, efficient processes, and scalability.
Oliver leads business development and the continuous improvement of our client processes. Through his entrepreneurial experience and legal expertise, he understands the practical challenges in tenancy law as well as the requirements for efficient, scalable solutions.
Robert leads the technical and digital implementation of the firm. As an experienced project manager with a background in the German Armed Forces, he ensures that ideas become functional, future-proof structures — keeping the firm consistently digital at its core.
